AT Energy Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as “AT Energy”) always places great importance on protecting Personal Data (PD) when collecting and using the PD of our customers and partners.
The following Personal Data Protection Policy aims to inform data subjects of their rights, explain how AT Energy processes PD, and clarify why PD must be collected — whether to provide AT Energy’s products or services, or to comply with statutory requirements or contractual obligations.
AT Energy may update this Policy from time to time, and the version published on AT Energy’s official website shall be deemed the most current version.
Legal Basis: Decree No. 13/2023/NĐ-CP on Personal Data Protection
Personal data — including both basic and sensitive PD — refers to information or data about an individual, presented in symbols, letters, numbers, images, sounds, or other similar forms in an electronic environment, that is associated with or helps identify a specific individual.
PD may include but is not limited to: national ID, citizen ID, passport, full name, date of birth, gender, residence, email address, education level, nationality, phone number, marital status, health-related data, and any other data or information defined as personal data under applicable law at any given time.
By providing their PD to AT Energy, customers and partners acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the following:
a) Consent to Data Processing
Any PD provided by the customer or partner to AT Energy and/or collected by AT Energy at any time may be processed for the purposes described below.

Processing of PD may include one or more activities such as: collecting, recording, analyzing, verifying, storing, modifying, disclosing, combining, accessing, retrieving, encrypting, decrypting, copying, sharing, transmitting, providing, transferring, deleting, destroying, or any other actions as permitted by applicable law.
(1) Duration of PD processing: throughout AT Energy’s operational period or the term of cooperation stipulated in agreements, contracts, and/or related documents.

b) Right to Update or Rectify Personal Data
At any time, at their own discretion — including but not limited to when they find that the provided PD has expired, become outdated, or is inaccurate — customers or partners may request AT Energy to update, correct, or modify such PD previously supplied during the execution of any agreement between the parties.
The customer or partner acknowledges and agrees that AT Energy may process their PD each time a rectification request is made, without the need for additional notification or prior consent.
c) Other Provisions
Regulations on PD processing, purposes, information on entities involved in PD processing, and the rights and obligations of data subjects under this Policy may also be governed and supplemented by other agreements between the customer/partner and AT Energy and/or confidentiality commitments specified in AT Energy’s software and applications.
